Install ShopTools AI and set up the browser extension

ShopTools AI suggests an extension or app using information reported by your browser and device. Open the installation page and check the version offered: a suggested link does not install software or check your purchase.

Match the version to your shopping browser

Open shoptools.online/install.html in the browser you use for shopping. Read the version name and destination on the button before opening an app store.

• Desktop Chrome and Yandex Browser use the same Chrome Web Store version. Install it in the browser where you will open your cart.
• Firefox has a separate Firefox Add-ons link. Safari on a Mac uses the Mac App Store version.
• On iPhone and iPad, the app includes a Safari extension. Its download link is different from the Mac version.
• Android has a mobile app available through the page's Google Play, RuStore and APK options. It is not the desktop Chrome extension.

The button opens a store listing, or downloads a file if you selected the APK. Complete installation yourself. Viewing a listing or downloading a file does not mean the extension is enabled.

Change a missing or unsuitable suggestion

1. Expand Another device or browser. Choose a device, then a browser. On Android, the second list selects an app store or the APK instead.
2. Check the updated button label. To install in a different browser, open the page in that browser before proceeding.
3. Use All versions further down the page to choose without detection. Changing the page language keeps your selected version.

An unrecognized browser opens the manual selector instead of receiving a guessed Chrome link. If your browser is not listed, you can still get codes on the website and enter them in the store yourself.

An iPad requesting a desktop website can report itself much like a Mac. The page also checks for touch input. If the suggestion is still wrong, select iPhone / iPad manually.

Opening the page in Chrome on an iPhone also points to the app with a Safari extension. A browser's mobile name does not make it compatible with desktop Chrome extensions.

Enable the extension separately in Safari

1. After installing on a Mac, open Safari settings, find Extensions and turn on ShopTools AI.
2. On iPhone or iPad, find Extensions in the device's Safari settings and enable ShopTools AI. The settings location varies with the operating system version.
3. Open the store in Safari itself. Check whether the extension has permission for that website; you decide what access to allow.

Launching the ShopTools app does not replace enabling its extension. A messenger's built-in browser and a store's own app are not Safari tabs either. Open the official store address in Safari yourself when needed.

Hide the widget without removing the extension

If the panel covers a store chat or another control, close it with the cross. Closing the panel does not turn off the widget for future pages.

In a browser version with widget controls, select Off in the panel or switch the widget off in the extension window. The preference is saved, and the window opened from the browser toolbar remains available.

To restore the widget, open ShopTools from its browser icon and switch it back on. Hiding the widget does not revoke page permissions. Use the browser's extension settings to disable the extension entirely.

Check the setup without placing an order

Confirm that ShopTools is enabled in the intended browser and identifies the correct store. No payment is needed for this check. Testing promo codes is a separate action you start in a supported cart.

A missing panel does not by itself mean installation failed. Check the widget setting, website access and available offers. Installing the extension does not establish support for every cart or promise a discount.
